Welcome to the ShootProof API

The ShootProof API allows you to connect your ShootProof account to other apps to view orders, create events/albums, upload photos, and more. With the help of a developer, you can integrate your ShootProof account with the other tools you use to support easy workflows and administration.

Getting Started

The ShootProof API comes free of charge with your ShootProof account. To access the API, you’ll need a client ID, which you can get by writing to support@shootproof.com. We’ll also need the following information to complete the setup process:

  • Your name or your company name
  • A support email address that users may use to contact you for help with your app
  • The name of your app
  • A public description of your app to show users when they grant access (max. 255 characters)
  • A website address for your company or app
  • An avatar for your app; displayed when users are prompted to grant access (for best results, send us a 500x500 pixel image)
  • One or more redirect URLs for your app; these may use wildcard patterns (i.e., https://example.com/*)
